Technical Red plastic screw

Can anyone please identify this plastic screw found under the front of a Panda 2014?! Probably not relevant but recently the engine management light was on but later disappeared.

Could be one of these?

I don't think it's off your car, but there might be a loose dinosaur somewhere, so be careful

If you have an intermittent EML, good start is scan for codes

The EML turns itself off after a few restarts for some errors if they don't recur, but will leave a stored record of the diagnostic trouble code

Dinosaur insecure is currently a major point for mot failure and it expected to be upgraded to dangerous next year.
