Hi
My daughter has a 2011 500 duologic .
I don’t believe it’s ever has any software updates .
Is this something that would be beneficial to get done ?

I say the same.
If it's working, don't fix it. Golden rule.
Especially for Fiats in general and duologics in particular! if you even think of a problem its 50/50 your gonna get one! to be honest as far as reliability and duos are concerned in my opinion( normally wrong   ) the best accessory you can get is a skip!.

or better still areceipt for a successful trade in. I would dealy love an automatic Panda. I so so want one, but NOT a dualogic after reading about the issues on here and even more not one I didnt buy new and nurse. Were such a thing (with reliability) available I would even buy it unseen on the net!

Isn't duologic latin for "second thoughts!":D

They're great when they're working, not so great when they go wrong. I would never advise anyone to buy a used one; the risk that the previous owner got rid of it because of some problem or other isn't worth taking.

If you have a dualogic and want to avoid any nasty surprises, just add this one item to the service schedule:

after 5 years / 50000 miles (whichever comes first):

- sell the car.
