Julie how long did it take you from nuneaton last year?

Oh and sammi i'm hoping to be there before midnight. But im guessing it may be well after due to work and college :(
ah thats rubbish :(

I thought i was going to have to come after work cos i know there are two people on holiday on the friday, but they have give me it off anyway - thats a relief, i think H has the monday to book off though, he just booked the friday

Re: Skegness!

Convoy would be cool in theory but i have a feeling it would go wrong and everyone would end up going off on their own anyway. Its a pretty long wat to convoy.

Well im leaving at about 6ish sunday morning anyway so no getting off my face on the sat night.

Friday is a pain, i have college and dont want to sound like a geek by going but i'll have only just started. But i'll see how things go and if i'll miss anything important. if i wont im hoping to be in Skeg late afternoon for the meet and greet that was mentioned ;)

Re: Skegness!

dont use AA rote finder, i used that to get to a place in kent other day, it took me down A2 through lots of towns n villages took me 3.5 hours, rhe place i was going is 10 miles off J8 of the M20 :( takes 1.5 hours.
an dont go by julies times think she does 100 mph across fields, she can get from nuneaton to here in rush hour in a 1 ltr car quicker than i can do it at 2am in a 2 ltr merc or my punto

Re: Skegness!

i reckon we will end up using Hs tomtom, he likes it so much he was using it for a while to and from work, he was either worried he might get lost or just liked "jane" telling him where to go (makes a change from me telling him) :D

Re: Skegness!

I have this vision of Gaz squeezed into the back of my Coupe, with his face pressed up against the window. "Are we nearly there yet?" :p
Next thread - "Ooops - I got hungry and ate the back seat"
