which oil and in what quantum for the servo steering ?

I think the correct power steering fluid is Tutela G1A

I think you're right there bro, but broadly speaking any ATF or PSF will do - well it has done for me

P/S, Don't overfill it, it expands when it gets warm and you'll have oil on your drive.

Prestone do a multi vehicle power steering fluid , its not a large bottle so correspondingly cheap from eurocarparts if you use a discount code.
