An odd thing happened yesterday when I tried to book my Stilo in with Nationwide Autocentres for the 3rd year running (dead handy as just around the corner to me)
I'd worked out a price with them and was just about to mention "you WILL reset the service indicator wont you?" when the service manager beat me to it.
He said "...and we WONT be resetting your service indicator! On your last two services in we've had to pay £35 each time to the Fiat main dealer to reset it

He went on to say they were aware you could wreak the body computer in a Stilo when trying to reset the counter, with their own equipment, so they don't even attempt it now :bang:
If the main dealer charges a fellow garage £35 then it rather puts the costs into perspective for owners.
Looks like I'll be taking up the BronzeCare service at the main dealers for £79 this time.
