Saw one like this in action & was so amazed just watching it I forgot to take pics.
Seems like a great conversion, the wheelchair passenger sits up front beside the driver.
Puch the chair up the ramp, lift the ramp & slide it in to stow then simply close the door. As the door closes, the whole floor swings in.

Have to say, although I was mightily impressed, I think this mechanism is too good to be true & I suspect there will be problems with it a year or two down the line
 
I assumed it might be a Constables conversion, but it does not appear on their website. They've been doing similar things for many years. The door will open normally apparently, or the whole side of the car pivots. My sister-in-law had a Nissan mpv box that did this, long since gone to be replaced with a new Kangoo with rear wheelchair access.
 
Looking at that photo it wouldn't be impossible to do it the other side and drive the car from the wheelchair
