I believe both options are listed in the OH & there’s not much in it (140±10 mph). So I wouldn’t be fussed over it – you’ve paired them separately front & rear. Nobody seems to fret over Z, W or Y – as long as paired. Ideally new go on the rear - & worn on the front. But I haven’t always gone with that `rule’ – just depends on the tread left & future tyre plans.

Thanks Guys..
I suspected no problem mixing the "v" on back and "h" on front..
I looked more into it,, it is NOT illegal to do the above.
Complete opposite to what Halfords told me !!!
Car drives fine and the tyres seem to have settled in,,, you can not tell the difference..

I think the OE reccomended tyre spec is H rated in any case. It should state on the handbook. The Sedici is not exactly a performance car so I would not worry too much as long as they are paired together.
