Hi there, first post as I'm extremely stuck, electrics are not a strong point. I have an 09 scudo, the drivers door speaker doesn't work. So I thought I'd replace them with a set of alpines, exactly same size, fits without me having to do anything but get inside the door panel (and alter the wire connection) however, I bought a set with internal tweeters, now the box said to disconnect any other tweeters as it can damage the aftermarket speaker. Now this is the fun part, does anybody know how I can get to the dashboard tweeters or where the wires are for them to disconnect them/cut them?
Its not so much music I want, but my Bluetooth hands free won't work without the speakers, that's why I'm so keen to get them installed.
Any help is greatly appreciated for basically a complete novice with cars!
