Technical Fiat Scudo 2008

I have a Fiat Scudo 2008 Mobility Conversion.
The Power Steering failed. The AA was in attendance but could not sort it. Desira, the local dealer/ repair shop was absolutely unhelpful.
It’s the 2 ltr Diesel Model. Can anyone tell me, please if this is a belt driven pump or an electric one, where is the location of the pump?
Are there any pictures or explosion drawings of the pump and it’s location? I have tried Google and could not find anything, as well as the Haynes manual.

Unsure about answers but my uncle has the same vehicle at a similar age. It did this and required a new power steering pumps which I believe is low dan and thus subjected to dunkings in big puddles. I remember it was not a cheap job, but its never been a problem since. Hes not mechanically minded so not much point in following up. The figure of £700 is what I remember from about 2 years ago.
