General Scudo bulkhead

Hi all just bought a full steel bulkhead off eBay for my 55 plate jtd, & when I went to fit it it was miles off! I removed the front seats & moved them forward but still it was about 4" short! Is there another "infill" I need? If anyone has a factory bulkhead I'd really appreciate a few photos to see how they fit. Cheers!
Or anyone got ply bulkhead plans ????
