Wouldn't that just make them take longer, cos they would stop what they are doing to turn round and see who is beeping them, then look around again to check if it was directed at them.

Maybe, but causing maximum annoyance to the brain-free is always worth the extra.
Good point, the brain-free seem to inflict maximum annoyance on the rest of the world without even being aware that they are doing it.
and they all drive 4X4 Jeeps or VW Polos.
all jeeps round here, that on the roads take up over half the roads (esp when they're stopped in the middle!:bang: lol) if i beeped my horn i'd get the finger and probably laughed at, at the mo i give the engine a lil rev does get them to hurry up although probably gives me a bad name in the village (note if i used my horn it'd get laughed off lol, is a high pitched air horn )

the school run mums round my way are crafty the local primary runs an anti drive your kids to school thing so they now park down my road, and in the PRIVATE parking areas that lead to the alley that leads to the back of the school!!!
its packed now with freelanders, all so some brainfree mum can look good in front of her "sloane" ranger friends :bang:

Talkin of old people... I was pulling out of a road yesterday and a 5 door stilo came down the road and in front of me..it was being driven by an old lady of about 60 ish.. she looked at my car all the way around and looked up, smiled and waved... i couldn't believe she knew what she was driving, let alone what other people were driving.. shows you, no matter how old you are you can apreciate how good it is to be one of the few ..
