General Sat Nav problems

I have a 500X 2016 with a malfunctioning Sat Nav. When I enter a destination it just says "waiting for valid position" help would be much appreciated. Its a January 2016 cross plus model.

I have a 500X 2016 with a malfunctioning Sat Nav. When I enter a destination it just says "waiting for valid position" help would be much appreciated. Its a January 2016 cross plus model.

Sounds like a loss of GPS signal.

Instead of going to the map/route stuff go to the Sat Nav Info/Compass/Satellite page where these and speed are display. If this is all not working as well then you should be looking at the connections / GPS antenna to start with.
