Я не знаю, як вирішити цю проблему. Машина заводиться з кнопки, але не вимикається. Що робити?

Not my car know very little about the 500X

I would disconnect the battery negative, they are normally on a quick release , to shut it off

I assume the problem is it's lost contact with the fob, fresh battery in it or spare fob maybe,

I will leave this to the 500X owners
