They knew what the wages were when they applied.
Let them strike, sack them, and get new people who are actually willing to work.
If the bit's I've ordered don't turn up today I'm going to be mighty pissed off that I'll have to wait until next week.
The postie who delivers to me is ****ing useless anyway so I'll be glad if he was sacked.

i'll take one point for you,you pay into a pension for years.the company decides to take a payment break for years while you continue to pay in.
company now says it has billions of deficit so you need to up your payments and work longer ot make it up.
would you be okay with that?
and even with the pay rise RM propose they are offering a pay cut to me so my wage is going down from the wage i knew it was when i applied :chin:

I'll admit, I don't know the ins and outs of the strike, but it's rediculous.
You don't see nurses, soldiers, Police officers striking do you? Some say they are as hard done by as the RM.
Unions ruined this country's car industry and the way things are going, they'll ruin the postal service as well.
