Re: Untitled

your insurance. your excess should be about £50 and it doesn't afect your ncb.

Re: Re: Untitled

i got 3rd party F T, is not covered on my insurance nor under my AA fiat thing

Re: Re: Re: Untitled

have you tried a local breakers yard they might have a rear ended one with the screen intact

Re: Re: Re: Re: Untitled

ITs a bonded screen, you'd be lucky to get it out in 1 bit.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Untitled

as my insurance for TPFT renews in 2 weeks, i was thinking about waiting that time, renew as fully comp(which i was going to anyway) and then make a claim to get the windscreen replaced FOC, what are peoples thoughts on this? ive read through a lot of policy terms and conditions and no where does it state existing incidents cannot be claimed under a new policy. i mean the insurance know about crack cus i had to tell em ( i thought i was covered) but do you reackon this would work, i dont wanna have to pay £300 for a new screen! :(

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Untitled

Windscreen cover is usually seperate from your car cover, ie claiming for a new screen does not affect your NCB etc..

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Untitled

so i would get away with making a claim on an existing crack?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Untitled

Call autowindscreen or alike from the yellow pages, save a lot of hassle and I don't think it would be that expensive. At least call them.
