Replacement of the rear wiper blade

Hi

This my first post but can anyone please tell me how to replace the rear wiper blade on a Fiat Brava. I have tried to do this but don't seem to have the knack.

If you got the original type, you can pull the arm off from near the base, just look at it and it should be pretty straightforward, just need to press one part to unlock it.
Buy some cheap blade and switch the rubber to the old frame.
