Technical Replacement ECU reliable + cheap

Hi there
I have a 00 punto with the standard ECU problem, does anybody know where i can get a good replacement cheaply? i already replaced the leads.
Can i take an ecu from a scrapped working punto?

What's 'the standard ecu problem'? And you can't use a scrapyard ecu without replacing the body computer and keys
