Technical Replace window switch panda 169

Dear Community, i would like to replace the driver site window switch.


I removed the plastic up/down indicator over the switch.

To remove the actual switch, are there any screw or clips that hold it in place? I couldn't just pull it out.

From memory it should just pull out.

For ease you may prefer to remove the front lower cowling around the centre gear selector console and push it out from behind.

To remove the gear lever casing. Carefully pry off the gear lever gaiter. Remove screws adjacent to gear lever and down by the heater floor vents. When putting it back be careful the clips align properly.

Window not working? Have you checked the fuse?

At the end it was indeed easier than i thought..

1. A flat screwdriver wedged between the bottom of the switch, and the dashboard

2. Push the screwdriver down, props the bottom of the switch out, after which point a set of pliers can help you pull out the switch from the top!

I keep an old credit card for doing jobs like this and the washer jets
