Renoving the heated seat elements

Does anyone know how to remove the heat elements and is it a lengthy process?

The upper part of the seat is easy - but the down part is a bit tricky. Same stile with U shaper plastic clips(lines) that hold the fabric to the metal base of the seat.
Easy to tae off but not so easy to put back
