Hi, I'm new to this forum and have just bought a Panda 1.2 dynamic 54 reg. It came with the standard roof bars and I'm wondering if theres anyway to remove them and what i will be left with afterwards

Thanks

Matt

Remove the plastic end caps, carefully, as you can damage the plastic lugs that hold them in place.
Undo the 4 bolts revealed.
Lift off the bars.
You are now left with 4 threaded holes which require plastic inserts. You can either try to obtain these inserts from a dealer or scrappie. Alternatively, if you no longer want your roof bars, let it be known on this forum and you will receive an avalanche of offers for them. Get the buyer of your roof bars to send his/her plastic inserts back to you.
Job done.

As DoctorChris says above, you will be left with 4 little holes. And yes take them off and give them to someone on here who wants them. (y)

The end caps seem to be on very tight and im worried that im going to damage something. Any tips on how i can take them off

Sorry if I sound like an idiot but I've never had to do this before
