Technical Remove window handle.How?

How to remove the window handle for the rear passenger seat?
Tried but dare not put to much pressure in case it breaks.

there's a clip, you put a rag in an pull back n forth and towards the clip to ease it off.

keep your eye on where the clip goes though... mine went somewhere on my neighbours front lawn... still haven't found it. now have electric windows so doesn't matter
