Car is more driveable as i took the variable resistor off last night to actually know if im feeling a difference and the car is much more drivable.Car is better with resistor on and set properly.Take off is much better

This could also be a placebo effect. The only way you know for sure is if you drove the car without knowing if the resistor was fitted or not :)

I wouldn't reccommend to anyone that they play with the signals from the sensors. If someone gets it wrong it could cause damage were they to inadvertently short out signals to and from the ecu.
We can get piggyback ecu's which intercept, alter and send back modified signals to increase performance, but to be of any effect they need to be set up properly. Simply giving a reduced signal back instead isn't really ideal.
I agree a piggy back will be ideal, and by the end of this year i will install one.I already having the wiring down i have run wires to the cabin already. But its interesting how you can use this resistor and get a good result

I agree you may be seeing some differences, but if you're already running too rich I'd suggest you have an underlying problem somewhere else.
I think i can blame this to the quality of fuel here

Well im looking to start bringin in Perfect power systems where i live in the caribbean. And looks like there piggyback have been used on fiats. They even use the map sensor signal the fool the ECU Since i should be a co dealer soon i will definetly have one on the fiat and maybe the evo

yup as diagram says Pin 32 is the signal wire for the map which i used.Guys i hope my experimenting has interested you,And i am open to ideas as i will try different things.I am contemplating on trying to fool TPS signal.Take it easy guys.
