Technical Rear window heating stopped working

Hey guys, I have bravo 2 1.4 tjet 110kw. Few days ago I was changing fuses in fuse box because lighter/outlet didnt work, I fixed it but now rear window heating is not working at all. When I press button for heating window, the button dont light up and I hear clicking noise from fuse box next to steering wheel. Could it be anything that as car rookie, I could repair/change or its more serious? (Im attaching video of it)

Some random toughts, did you check so that you didnt unplug any fuses by mistake? And that the fuse isnt just broken?
Fuse F40 is for the rear window. It's second to last row, second column.
