Technical Rear side door won’t lock…

Hello! New here could do with some help figuring this out,
I have a fiat Doblo 2011 1.4

I noticed my back door won’t lock as these pin looking things(if anyone knows the real word for them that would be useful too) don’t seem to stay put and the spring won’t work on them like the other door does,
They’re attached too wires, but haven’t taken it apart further than that

If they will not spring out even after removing and oiling , then it will need to be replaced.

It’s a spring loaded connector/contact, sometimes called pogo pins.

Thank you both! I’ll have a look into getting another part but may have to be some sort of manual padlock for now…
