Rear Bumper for Fiat Punto Evo

Hi All,

A few days ago my girlfriend reversed my Punto Evo into another vehicle. :bang: She has only cracked and dented the rear bumper. The support bar has not been impacted by the accident, however the bumper requires replacement.

I have recieved a quote for £400 to replace the bumper and plastic insert, re-spray and re-fit, but ideally would like to do it myself if possible to save the cost.

Its a 2012 model, metalic black.

Can anyone advise?

otherwise there are used bumper specialists in the UK,

may be worth doing that,
black isn't SO bad to match reasonably,
