Right, surely I must notice more of this when it's winter cos it's dark most of the time anyway, what's with peeps driving with headlights out, headlights poorly adjusted or no rear sidelights and also putting off their full beam only when they are about 2 feet from your car?

They should go to the OPTICIANS!

Well... to stop confusion, I always have my lights on, and where I live in switzerland, you have to as well.

Currently, my n/s front headlight making a major racket - could be due to condensation in there, and maybe shorting the headlamp leveller.....

So I have no choice but to drive round with sidelights on and front fogs - well, until I can get it booked into dealership.

My headlights are fine too but there's a major issue with front fogs when it's not foggy round here grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Stu, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's legal to drive round with sidelights only showing in residential, well lit areas. Sorry to hear of the problems though, hope they are all sorted under the warranty :(.

Helena, what you said is right, in built up areas sidelights are the only requirement (be seen, not needed to see)
