Technical Radio Question

Hi.

Since I have the user manual for the stereo in German, and I don't speak German, I had to learn the functionality of the radio/CD (MP3?) player the hard way, and learn it I did except for this:

How do I associate the desired radio station to the desired numbered button? For the world of me I can't figure it out.

Please help.

tune it in to your station, then hold doen the number for a few seconds, the display will flash, i think once, and the station is set
