Technical Radio antenna -Orginal type / shark type

hello again again.
The previous owner of my car replaced the antenna with a shark type antenna. Actually, the radio is not receiving very good reception right now.
I'm having some confusion about the antenna. The cable connection may be bad.
Or the antenna may not actually be an antenna.

I want to install an antenna close to the original. On the other hand, I want the shooting capacity to increase.

There is no dab broadcast in my country. We use FM radio.

Questions;
How can I remove my antenna?
What type of socket does it have?
Do you have any antenna recommendations?

Blaupunkt front antennas interest me, but I am skeptical about their performance.

I am thinking of mounting a fixed uhf antenna on my car in the future.

Here in the UK the Panda was fitted with

Either a

Passive antenna one wire

Or an

Amplified antenna two wires

The amplified antenna I find good enough here in the UK

My Active was rubbish, I guess that had a passive antenna but I never checked

They do suffer from seal failure and water getting inside occasionally
