General Radio change

Hi i have a fiat tipo 2019 it has a standard radio i can make calls with bluetooth but not listen to music with Bluetooth im wondering if it's possible to upgrade the radio to the Bluetooth version of the fiat tipo radio that I can listen to music through Bluetooth on. I have found a radio online but it says in the description unsure if it will need to be coded to the car does anyone know anything about this the photo is my current radio

Did you manage to find a solution? I'm in the same situation, been reading the other posts ref fitting the Amazon Tipo agea 7in media thingys but they only fit 15-18.

Where about are you? I have full setup of tablet type of sat nav which I will be selling we may play with it if it helps.
