Although i love 15's, 12's are a more pracical and allround speaker...

As for the link, i guess there is a reason why they are so cheap ;)

i put the link up of them subs.. cos they made me giggle... hence the comment under the link!

I've never spent under £200 for a sub.. not gonna start now!

To be honest at that price point you're gonna be disapointed. It really does pay when buying sub/s to spend a little bit more and get something quality that will last. These cheap things are okay, but give them any real power and they'll just distort to hell and sound horrible.

If you are on a budget, jbl do some good budget gear, and there is some cracking deals out there at the moment if you look. (last time I looked, 2x 12" subs, carpeted box, amplifier and wiring kit for well under £200!)

personally i would have 2x 12" subs (what I have in my own bravo hgt) as they have enough depth, and sound tight enough. with 15's you start to get very flappy bass unless you go for a real high end sub, but then you have to pay in excess of £200 just for a single speaker, and you need a very powerful amp to get the best from it. try not to skimp when buying an amplifier either as subs thrive on plenty of clean pure power.

a 15" sub can be just as tight as a 12", it just needs the right box and enough power.

Usually if a sub is flappy then the box is at fault. Installation makes all the difference.

personnally given your taste in music i would say 2x10s! my mate in cov has a corsa with some directed audio 10s and it sounds amazing...trust me, 2x10s

lol i reccomend you fit some 12" rockfords then! in a sealed box only need 0.75feet square lol but they are a bit pricey

Get some 8's, then seriously port them, you will need a large flattish area, which will leave with a nice flat area for your bed to lay on ;)

well after having some amazing dreams about wot i wanna do to my car.. i think im scrappying the whole flat back van/bed idea.. yes it'd be cool.. but once done the option of putting rear seats back in will be no more.

So im havign another re-think... how can u get near sub level bass w/out filling the car with subs! I really do love having some boot space!

Think i've got a plan... but it's gonna need some serious amount of work... which at the moment time is in extrem lack of!

Might get summit done for Donny... but Donny sounth is hopefully where the most modding might be done!

Will keep you all posted tho as the ideas develope.
