Punto mk2 Upgrades?!

Hi there,

Had my 1.2 Punto 8v for about a month now and althought its not deathly slow I'm beginning to get a little tired of holding my foot to the floor What would be the best upgrades for this car?? I don't know much about induction kits, turbos or anything like that, so if I get some advice on where to start that would be great!!

My main questions:

Is there any point in an induction kit or does it just make it sound sporty? I'm not interested in all the sporty mods or I would have bought a HGT.

What turbo would be best for this car? I have no clue. Help. Please.

there is little point mucking about trying to make a small engined car faster, you'll easily spend twice what the car is worth trying to get a few extra BHP and then your insurance company will sting you again for even more.

then when you think your getting some where some one in a old ford escort will leave you for dust in a car worth £200 and not paying anything like you are because of all your mods.

so the lesson to learn from this is buy another car
