Technical Punto 1.9 JTD HGT Multijet Glow Plugs

Can anyone tell me the best glow plugs to buy for my punto hgt jtd 1.9 multijet engine for performance? Problem with one of them but going to replace all 4.

Just get plain vanilla glow plugs they wont affect the engine performance.
