Technical Programming key

i have a red master key, and blue key. How do i program the blue key .

from reading the link below you can only program the blue keys if they are 2 of them, i have found this out when trying to code 1 blue key for my cinq, it works for one time then loses its code

where can blue keys be bought?

i have seen some on ebay or you could ge them from fiat

i would perosnally go into timpsons with the red key and let them clone one from that, posibly cheaper and easier to get it done like that
