Hello everyone,
I am in the middle of setting up a 1.4 16v engine in my 2003 seicento MPI.
I am using a IAW 18FD ecu and the corresponding loom from Punto MK1.
The problems that I am having are the following:
1. I just noticed that my engine has a knock sensor but the loom doesn't have a connector for the knock sensor and also all the diagrams that I've found on the ECU don't mention a knock sensor - am I correct in assuming that it should be left unconnected?
2. I can't seem to find a pin from which I can take the RPM reading on the Punto MK1 ECU (IAW 18FD). Can anyone who has done this advise where I should take the RPM signal for the tacho from?
