I’m a new owner of a 2001 Seicento Sporting Abarth and the RPM gauge isn’t working. On the red wire I only have about 6V, the yellow wire has around 13.5V, and the blue wire also has 13.5V.
Does anyone know what the issue might be?
As far as I understand, the red wire should have around 13.5V (ignition live) and the blue wire should carry a variable signal from the ECU. It looks like the gauge was factory-fitted rather than an aftermarket addition.
Addition: I should add that when I connected an odb reader, the values were reported correctly.
