Technical problem with speedgear box p0725

i Have stripped the gearbox down things that i found

1. 1 of the forks of the torque converter to oil pump was snapped off
2. the reverse clutch was burnet out both the steel and fibre plate was warped and no meat on the fibre
3. the belt is worn with a lip on 1 side and the pullys was worn aswell

pictures will come tomorow now i understand about what the secondary preasure does its the clamping force on the belt it said it was 300 mbar so must of bin a oil pump failure after stripping the oil pump down it is worn with big gouges out of it
