Technical Power Steering Warning Light

I wasn't too optimistic when i tried it but was fed up of no power steering and 75 quid on ebay for a new motor so when i removed the motor and ran it in my hand it would work for about 5seconds then click and stop working turn off car turn back on same again so i thought what the hell give it a go and it works perfect now about 500 miles i have ran it now and it fine.
Maybe it a fix no one has tried until now

That click then stop was probably the relay joint coming away from the board, hence it would cut out. Maybe the WD40 is acting as a conductor between the relay solder and the connection on the board.

Its an easy fix to resolder the joints on the board, I would strongly recommend doing it as it only takes less than an hour and is really cheap. I done mine over a year ago now and have had any issue since.

ok thanks for that when it stops working i will do that is it the two black relays on the top of the board
