Grande Punto Pinto 1.3 diesel 2006 cutting out

Hi all I’ve got a 2006 punto diesel 1.3 it starts then cuts out there is no fault codes ,if I disconnect the vacuum hose it will start and run but not boost when I block the end ,,,,if I connect it back up it just cuts out again ,,any ideas please

Have you done any work on the car?..had any done?..whats changed?

What engine version, 75 or 90 BHP ? What vacuum hose ??

I think it’s the 90 model it has it had any resent work done And it’s the small vacuum hose on the right hand side coming from the inlet manifold , I’ve tried disconnecting all the vacuum pipes one at a time and every time I recomect them the engine cuts out ,disconnect again and the engine runs if I block the end of the vacuum hose it runs ok but no boost but if I reconnect to the manifold the engine just cuts out
