Hi, I am about to become a very happy owner of a Fiat Ducato campervan of 2008 vintage with 90K on the clock.
It had previously sat for over a year but has just had a new Mot, without advisories.
I am sure as I progress through the mysteries of this van I will have plenty of queries.
Most of which you will have heard many times in the past !

You are probably better with an 08 than a newet version. 90k. Engine should be just run in. You may get a few teething issues. Best advice is to use it regularly.

Agreed standing for a long period is not very good for any vehicle! not always engine more often suspension/brakes etc! go well steady at first and expect the unexpected until all the gremlins show themselves! any difficultys that crop up! have probably been experienced by some one at sometime! if you get into trouble then post your questions in the Ducato specific forums for the best reponses!.
