It was 300E for the moulds. Of course they are handmade.

The photo that you have found with the Stilo with the angel eyes,is from a italian website, right? I have tried to contact them several times, with no luck. also if you check at the webpage of the headlights, the date is too old. Good luck if you try to find out how to get them!

These (on the yellow Stilo) are Punto MK2 angel eyes (whole). The headlights were used as they are being sold, except of the mounting points which have been modified. In addition to this, a custom mould was manufactured from fiber glass to fill in the gaps.

I dont spose you could share the design for the mounting brackets could you. I really wanted to put Punto lights on my yellow Stilo.
Now i think they would look great with Gloss black surrounds on the red one.
Im sure i could make them up.

Well, I found a couple of photos. They are not ideal, since when I took them I wanted to see how the headlight will look and not where the mounting points are. I am afraid that I will have to remove the bumper to get better pics but this is not something that will happen soon. Sorry...

So, as you can see in the photos, there are 3 points to mount the headlight and there is another one on the top (which is not shown in the photos), which I will get a new photo of it today. Also, the new "brackets" are just a small piece of metal strip, which was adjusted by "fit and trial".

I think i'll have a go at this 'Angel Eyes' thing in the next two weeks. One question though, I read in your other thread that it's not a straight plug-and-play set up. Would it require heavy modification to the headlight connectors, or can i hack off a punto connector and solder it on to the stilo one, or alternatively would it just be better to connect it directly?

Also, do you think it's possible to modifiy the Headlight Protector lenses to cover the gaps, instead of fabricating a mould to fill the gaps?

As I described above, it is a bit difficult to make the custom brackets in order to fit the lights properly. About connecting them, what I did, was to use the connectors from my old headlights, which I made them fit to the Punto lights and then clicked them on, on the standard connectors of the Stilo, as you plug in the normal lights.

As well, the headlights that I bought, have something like a big screw to adjust the height of the projector. The man who fitted them, told me that if I get the motors from a Punto that they electricaly adjust the height of the beams, he can connect them so I can use the buttons from inside of the car to adjust the height, as it is done with the OEM Stilo headlights. Of course, my car is only for the circuit so I don't bother to do something like this. I am just writing it for your refference...

I think that what you are suggesting is more difficult than filling in the gaps.

Its not a proper hose kit,its just conduit. Which you can get here! They also sell silicone hose by the length!

Guys, I am new here and new in the Stilo's world.

My car has one of the headlights not aligned and I would like to know if is possible to align it if I remove the bumper. Do you guys know how? I see on the pictures from the yellow Stilo on this topic that are more or less 4 screws holding the headlight.

Please advise.
