Look fantastic Kev, Take it your house hold likes Silver Cars then?

Re: Re: Re: Pics of my silver 1.2 sx

looks the nuts, but why spend the cash on a 1.2???!??

Its a sheep in wolfs clothing!

Do some engine mods and make it quicker than a saxo vts then il give ultimate you kudos!

do like the way uv dun it tho..

Re: Re: Re: Re: Pics of my silver 1.2 sx

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Pics of my 1.2 sx

i have the same car with the same aloys and they are great i sprayed the center peices with white hammerite and its brilliant.

congratulations on a job well done and keep flying the flag for the 1.2

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Pics of my 1.2 sx

I'm also flying the flag for the 1.2.
It may end up a sheep in wolfs clothing, but that wolfs clothing is enough to frighten the other sheep away and allows you to join the pack of wolves.
1.2 for me as its only £300 to insure fully comp, fuel economy is great and the 16v engine is brilliant for a 1.2

Flags flying high, my cars in the bodyshop a week on wednesday! Cant wait

i love that kit, but isnt it IDENTICLE to the indy kit,

do ppl know if indy and carcept are the same kit,
that silver car looks fantastic, but ive always looked on here as ppl sed it doesnt fit very well,
how did u find it mate?

Dredfull

It was a pain in the arse to fit and spray and now it has stress cracks in the gell coat!

Kev

Re: Dredfull

How long was it before the cracks appeared? Will this not be covered by the body shop that did it?

you would think that...........

BUT I SPRAYED IT MYSELF _ ARRRRRRRRRHHHHHHGGGGGG!!!

LOL - kev

Re: you would think that...........

But saved a small fiortune doing it yourself!

you would be suprised

After i spent a rediculous amount on adhesive (£120) - about the same on paint and stuff! A hell of a lot of effort and aggrevation - going back - id pay a body shop any day - the stress of working with my dad on it was bad enough - lol!

Re: you would be suprised

Just got a quote of £400 on mine. I did get one at £350 but the bloke talked himself out of a job.

Quote (in an italian accent):
"Hmmm, dis iz a very interesyting. Do you have a fitting instructiones?"
"Hmm, dees are a for rally yes? I do a lot of rally thyings. Hmm, yes. Deez a things do not have to be a perfect ya know? Should be eezy"

Dont call me mate, I'll call you.

Yes but he was the ialian who went to london!

He asked for 'a ****' 4 his bed and got a slap - 'a fok' for his food and got a kick in the nads - and when he left the hotel some weird religious guy said that some guy called god was gunna 'pis on him'!

Its no wonder he hates us british people, dont let him touch your car - it will come out lookin like a buble car just to **** you off!

So not all the italians share fiats beautiful interpratation of asthetics then - he probably drives a Citroen saxo! With 'Rally Bits That Aint Perfect'.
There again he'd fit in with the rest of the saxo owners eh - lol!
