Absolutely, as long as it is single point injection (bound to be) and with a Magnetti Marelli ECU (on your left as you look in the bonnet). Just check that your ECU has the push-in connectors for the chip, otherwise you may need to swap it for one that does.

Just to clarify then, I could put replace the chip in 1.2mpi and use this on my 1.2spi? Only asking because i have a spare 1.2mpi ecu.

Mikesalt is correct - the ecu's are totally different, so no way.

Just make sure that you have the socketed type of chip in an 1108 or 1242 SPI ecu, and job's a good un

Want to order one of these chips but just to be sure, if I use a 1.1 ECU on a 1.2 engine with this chip will it work the same as having a 1.2 ECU with the chip?

My ECU's chip is soldered
