General Passenger Seat Wont go forward.

Hi all,

I am having trouble with my passenger seat, it wouldn't move forward on the rail from either the handle under the seat or the handle on the top.

Found a pound coin jammed in the rail and removed it allowing the seat to move using the handle under the seat. However it now won't move forward using the handle on the top of the seat, it tilts, but won't slide on the rail?

I am thinking a possible snapped cable? although the spring on the cable appears to move when the handle is used.

anyone got any ideas?
