General Panda 100hp service help before big road trip to Switzerland

Hi all,

Haven't been around for a bit, busy busy. However the old 100hp tipped over 100k last week. Woohoo. Still running fine.

But I'm planning a nice big road trip over new year and wanted some advice before I go on some servicing items.

I'll replace the oil and oil filer (easy peasy)
I'll replace the air filer. (easy peasy)
Wipers replaced for aeros and fluid topped up.

I need device and details on:
1)I want to do the spark plugs. Easy to do? And which do I need. Where can I get some at good price.
2)Gearbox oil? Easy to do? How and what do I need?

Any other advice would be grateful. Cheers in advance.

Oh and cambelt/timing belt thing. It was done at 80k ish. But if it's easy will do it......
