Pancake day

I never had any Pancakes today, had some last Thursday gone.. got the pancaking in early. I feel kind of left out today though

Bladdy hell Gaz is that a pancake or a naan bread Too much taking snaps and not enough tossing ! Could only get through 7 pancakes this year I think I'm losing that old Baker magic. I used to snaffle 15+ every year

im sure there was something wrong with the batter i got, they started to rise , one started to look like a football until i popped it

the non-stick pan didnt really help, i never got the satisfaction of stopping turning into a burnt mush

:yum: , i decided to attempt to make some pancakes as my mum wasnt in

from the pics it was all going well, until i decided to toss the first one and it broke in half

i had another go and managed to have a great toss and it came out perfect

i have a video of me tossing which i am trying to upload
