Styling Paint chipping off front bumper

My front lower bumper is green but the paint seems to be chipping away revealing a nasty yellow.

It's been happening for over a year now, I've been patching it up with a paint pen I matched online to the cars paint code and that was okay for a while but as I haven't done it in about 5 months the yellow is well and truly showing.

Will it cost much to get it taken off and resprayed? Any other techniques?

well its that or find one in better condition in the right colour (i'll admit that's not as easy as it once was).
