Technical P0121-62 Throttle Potentiometer track 1

Hi guys,

Got the attached problem, it clears and then randomly seems to come back on (does always seem to be when in sport mode)

Some questions;

Has anyone seen it before?
I'm guessing the idle control is done via the throttle body and not another component?
I'm also guessing any potentiometer is part of the throttle body unit?

Throttlebody and accelerator pedal. Two signals get compared all the time.
