Seems to have recently started doing this on startup. Dump valve "whistles" as you start. Never used to, any ideas, or is it meant to and has been stuck ?

Could it be whistling air through a leaky hose?

I don't think so, good idea, but it's the same noise a dump valve makes. I described it as a whistle because I couldn't think of another word to describe it

Now the really cold weather has temporarily taken a break, it has ceased doing it! Bizzarre .
