some ****** has sent me a virus through an ebay email thats fuked up my keys, the problem is i cant type without pressing my FN key cos some letters come out as numers

Are you on a laptop? If so, are you sure you dont have num lock on?

Also, check what keyboard layout is chosen in windows. It might have changed to a foreign layout.
