Problem with my HGT ..... Please help...!

Howdy all...... On my way back home from work on thursday i developed a problem with my 155HGT...! The electric windows have stopped working..! I've checked all the fuses & they seem to be ok so i thought it maybe a relay.... Not too sure if it is that though, the only reason i think that is that the headunit wil no longer turn on either......

Anyone got any ideas???

Sounds weird Kee but undo the height adjuster on the steering wheel and shake your wheel up and down try the windows again... i had this happen 3-4 weeks ago the heater blower went off the stereo and windows all stopped working found if i moved the steering wheel up down it sorted it out.... I also found that if you put pressure on the casing on the oppersite side to the ignition barrel everything started to work again.. giv the moving steering wheel a try.. i had to keep mine in the lowest position to keep everything working...

Karl - Sounded weird but tried it... Sadly didn't work..! Still got the problem..!

Took the cowl off removed all the connectors i could see & reconnected them & STILL got this damn problem.......

Anyone else have any ideas...................

replace the fuse even if it does seem ok.
seems the stereo is joined inline with the windows?? i wouldnt have thought that. You must have tripped something for those to stop working
